Lower back, testicles,abdomen pain

Hello doctor, I am facing pain in lower back, lower abdomen, testicles and newly pain started on thighs. Pain is from 2 weeks. I am taking oflowin, bigspar-p from Saturday (5 days course). Let me know if I have to follow any other medications? Or should I undergo any surgery? Please suggest.

Hello, You need not worry about surgery.  Sometimes back pain radiates to abdomen, testicles, thighs, legs. Take Homeopathic medicine Berberis vulgaris 200 5 pills three times a day for 1 week and let me know.
