Lower back strain or herinated disc

From past 2 month i am feeling pain in lower back... i dont know wethr its strain or slip disc...? I didn't had any injury ,,, or i dont remeber any sharp pain while lifting any wait... i do gym But i never did it any exercise with wrong posture or shape... what jt can be ... help..? Help me with symptoms of both... it might take you a minute but it can help me... pls help.. I beg

It can be both. It depends on ur symptoms which will tell more about ur condition.  Do as dr prashant has said.  And also keep a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back and keep a pillow between both knees when sleeping on side . use a lumbar belt when doing any weight lifting exercise in future.

Stop gyming for 3 months and you'll see your problem reduce. Don't sit for long,ride bike, bend, lift weight. Physiotherapy modalities will help. Don't worry just follow these guidelines you'll b fine.
