Schmorl's nodes with reactive marrow oedema in the adjoining endplate region of L2 & L3  vertebral bodies Posterior disk bulges L2-3 -4-5-S1 levels causing indentation of thecal sac and encroaching on bilateral neural foramina. Having less sensation on left leg.

MRI suggestive of Lumdar Disc disease and with loss of sensation due lumbar radiculopathy. If symptoms persist despite pain analgesic steroids muscles relaxers nerve pain medication. Consider consultation with spine surgeon.
Health Tips
Loss of bladder control or severe leg motor weakness are warning signs of progression of the disease.
