Lower back pain radiating to thighs.

I have a lower back pain which triggers after sitting continously and from some 10-15 days my outer thighs are paining too

The weight of our body comes on the spine on sitting. An injured disc will start paining on prolonged sitting. It looks like you have a painful disc. Pain coming to thighs may mean that the disc has started touching the nerves behind it.

See an orthopaedician, neurosurgeon or Pain doctor. They will generally advice an MRI. You can get the MRI done and share the report here too
