Lower back pain radiated to left abdomen

I was having slight left lower back pain for past 10 days. The pain started after a sleep and intensity increased. Now there is pain on left abdomen. The pain occurs only when i walk or try to bend. There is no pain on sitting or sleeping posture. Also there is no fever or other troubles. The pain is less in the morning and increases during the day.
