Lower Back Pain: previous cancer patient

I've had lower back pain for the past 24 hours. It started after bending over, not even lifting anything. I'm 20 years old, and mostly healthy. This is concerning to me though, because I had leukemia when I was 5 which caused my lumbar vertebra to collapse, and I'm worried that the cancer could return or that this is a side effect from it.
