Lower back pain post intercourse

2021-11-13 20:17:28
I am physically active and do train my lower muscle in gym. Still sometimes I get lower back pain for a day or so after intercourse. I have a desk job as well but since I am working from home I generally do sit on my bed arching my back. Is this something serious? Or just muscle strain?
