2. Grade - I retrolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebral body with diffuse disc bulge with a posterocentral / left paracentral extrusion type herniation at L4-5 Level, compressing the bilateral descending L5 nerve roots (L>>R) with moderate right and moderate to severe left Neuro- Foraminal narrowing.
