Met with a bike accident a week and a half back getting landed on lower back and getting pain now while getting up and if I try to run. Please help.

pain after week of accident is because of disc or facets injury rather than fracture.  muscle spasm is inturn because of this. Get x RAY of the back. Consult a spine surgeon
