Lower back pain

2018-09-22 15:57:52
I have tried physiotherapy with many doctors with many techniques, took hot and cold therapy too. Now done with decompression therapy, but pain is not reducing at all and it's been one year already. Not able to walk even for 5 minutes. MRI shows L5-S1 broad based disc bulge. Shall i go with surgery now?
