I have a lower back pain problem when i have to stand fir more than 15 min or i have to sit on a chair in office

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
