Hello, since when did your back pain start? And after which activity u felt the pain(if you could relate to any activity)? I also would want to know from you is the pain localised to the back or is it radiating down to your leg/s with weird sensations?? (That would help us understand about its severity). Also tell me about your job type(eg.A desktop sitting work) U need to stop gyming including weights and high intensity cardio for a while because that that would give more jerks to the back and wont promote its healing.
Next Steps
To reduce the back pain you need to maintain  good standing, sitting and sleeping postures to let your back heal.So you should avoid bending, slouched sitting.Try to adjust your work ergonomics to avoid recurrences.
Health Tips
Take hot water fermentation instead of popping painkillers , and try to rest it out for few days after which doing specific exercises to strengthen up your back should help.
