Hello To tackle this problem once and for all and to find a solution, you will have to visit me in the clinic where I can carry out a thorough clinical examination and then give you options for treatment. Please carry your previous x rays and blood reports for me to refer to.
Next Steps
Avoid sitting on the floor. Sit straight. Avoid sitting for more than 20 minutes at a stretch. Get examined. Watch out for tingling numbness and heaviness in the legs.

Low vitamin D and calcium can genuinely contribute to bone and muscle pain like the kind radiating into your leg, so correcting those levels with your doctor's guidance often eases it too.
