Extremely pain lowet back in right leg. 3toes are totally not respose. Inflamation during hand massage. Suspect sciatica nurve pain. Pls do some help immediately.

Most back pains are due to bad posture and Muscle spasm. In your case pain is radiating into the leg. Could be Sciatica due to nerve compression.
Next Steps
Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. Consult a Neurospine specialist.
