Lower back pain at one spot right side.

I have a sharp pain in the right lower back at one spot ut started today morning and then it was okay all day now happening again. My urin and all is normal. I had a kidney sonography 6 months back it was normal. What can be the reason for the pain. This is the spot. Can it be muscular.
