Dear Sir & Mam , I am suffering from back pain at lumber place from 1 week as I consulted a doctor as he given medicine but didn't get reliefed much can't able to sit more time without back support and can't bending forward to down Done some exercises also Please suggest for cure this pain Thank you,

It should be differentiated from other backache. Mean is it radiating to entire lower limb or else it’s just on back. Associated with numbness of legs. If these were present get an X-ray lumbosacral spine done and get consultation done
