Lower back and stomach pain

I have been having lower back and stomach pain since Thursday last week and unsure what is wrong. I also feel the need to use the toilet more often and can’t seem to hold it when I do. When I do go I feel like I haven’t finished but I have. It all seems a little unlike me.
