Lower back and lower abdomen pain

Suffering from pain from very long time got my scanning and urine test  done it was suggested that I might have UTI or PID, I had medications prescribed which gave me instant relief again when I stopped the medicine after few days my pain is getting worst. Sometimes I have vomiting sensation. Itching in my vaginal area.
