I'm facing difficulty climbing up the stairs and standing for a long time as I have severe lower back pain like a band just above the hips and pain shooting down till the ankle from behind the knee.. I recently underwent umbilical hernia surgery also. The pain in the lower back is unbearable.. pls help me with medical advice Thank you
