Lower back ache

Lower back ache since 2 months. Not centric , revolving .. discomfort but bearable .. not taken any medication till now ..

Hi this kind of Pains are mostly muscular and posture related.Follow good Ergonomics while working and practice Spine extension exercises regularly. Muscle strengthening is the only way to prevent back pain.

Hello... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
