I am having lower backAche since yesterday.it started all of sudden. No accident or jerk. Left home in good codition as soon I sat in metro I felt some uneasiness in lower back. I am facing difficulty while moving,sitting and standing. While seated and walking I don’t feel any pain. i am 31 year old female.
