I am suffering from lower back ache since I started my periods this month. I have never had this before. Can you tell me what should I do? I've been having the pain for 5 days now since my period started. Its not severe but its paining.

Was this Ur delayed period? Were you pregnant? Did you take any ipills,any history of PCOs etc,based on these information we shall be able to advise you further on this.
