I have lower abdominal pain from last 3 days in right side. It is not continous but almost occur in night.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Plenty of causes for this issue. . cannot suggest anything specific without knowing what is causing it, to know what's wrong need a detailed history and need to examine the patient and also need to run some tests.
