Hi, i have been suffering from lower abdominal pain during the 3rd days of menstruation and i also took the mifagest kit.

If u took mefagest kit and u r having bleeding due to this ...pain is bound to happen . U could use a mild painkiller like tab mefenamic acid ...twice to thrice a day depending on your pain .
