Lower abdomen cramps and back pain

Please help me...I have mild abdominal cramps since last 3 days.I got my period on 12th of this month.I expected it on 15th but it is 3 days earlier this month.Since last 3 days ,i.e from tenth day of period,I have mild discomfort in lower abdomen near pelvic region.Had intercourse also on that day.Mild Pain still continued.Now since midnight,I have backpain also on and off.Iam not able to sleep now.I would go to gynaecologist and get physical consultation today but mean while please suggest me something to manage this pain..I haveeftal.spas and dolo tablets in home now.Sincere request. Thanks in advance.

You need an ultrasound to find out the reason Till Then you can take an antispasmodic
