Hi thanks for your query. I v found your BMI is 17.8 as per range you are just below normal at border line. ( 18.5 - 22.9). Go for high calorie diet plan with high quantity cereals ,protien. add butter, ghee 2 tsf, add nuts,dry fruits. sleep 8 hrs. water, fruits, vegetables plenty. take 2 ocs banana, eggs,.chicken, vegetables strew are good.
