My son is 4.5 months old. His birth weight 2.9 kg. Now he weighs 4.2 kg. He is on exclusive breastfeeding. Is there any issue with weight gain?

Weight is below the expected weight at present... On 5 months completion baby should have double weight of the birth weight means around 6kg... Kindly recheck latching position.... Need evaluation for poor weight gain.... Monitor urine output...
Next Steps
consult online if requires or consult in person woth pediatrician...
