Low vision in right eye

Dear doctors, from yesterday I was feeling heaviness in my right eye. Right now the vision is blurred looking like a  water drop on sentences. I am feeling like there is something dropped into my right eye. Please suggest to me how my eyes become healthy. Thank you.
