Hello, Visual disability means the vision is not likely to improve with any modality like glasses, surgery, etc. If so, thene depending on the vision of your better seeing eye, the disability % is calculated.

Hello sir.....d general rules for low vision disability considers vision not improving with anyaod.. So u won't be eligible for dat.. But d ultimate decision depends on d department u r applying and d concerned government which gives u d certificate... private practioners certificate is not valid..u need to visit d concerned government hospital for a detailed check up... As for my experience if ur vision improves , der may not be any disability certificate dat can be given. Thank you
