Low Sugar level
Hi Doctor,
I am using a censor to monitor my sugar level but not medication. By 5 am it dropped to 62 and raises to 122 after 10 minutes. Please help what would be the reason and how I can fix it. I am being in diet and 1 hour walking .

Being in diet is good, you also need to make sure that all nutrient requirements are fulfilled with your diet. Then it won't happen.
If you're sugar levels drop below 70, you can have one tb sugar in water.
