Your sperm count of 2.5 million after varicocele surgery can still improve with the right evaluation. It often depends on hormone levels and how much time has passed since your surgery.
Next Steps
Please get a repeat semen analysis along with a hormone profile, and go over both with a fertility specialist or andrologist.
Health Tips
Please don't start any supplements or medicines on your own before your hormone and semen reports are reviewed together.
