My resting heart while sitting goes between 57-68. And the whole time that happens , I can hear my heartbeat in my ear and my chest feels tight. My total cholesterol in April was 258. And my haemoglobin has dropped from 14.5 to 13.5 ( July). Is this of concern? The heart rate
