Hi Doctor, my 67 year old mother is suffering from thyroid and high BP. She is taking medicines to control her BP and thyroid yet her BP levels are between 165/80 to 175/85 and her pulse rate at rest is between 58 to 65.

She definitely needs revision of her BP medicines. Pulse rate is within normal limits. BP is high. Consult online directly for further evaluation and management

Hi. Your mother's pulse is within normal range. Her blood pressure medications needs to be adjusted for controlling hypertension.
