  4. Low platelet count. I do to increase it?

Low platelet count

My recent platelet count is 105000, i had done cbc back in march and at that time it was 140000. What should I do to increase it?

Hello , I do understand your query. Thrombocytopenia could be because of many reasons . Are you from the Bengal belt ? Many patients have thrombocytopenia with  giant platelets ... For evaluation purpose ,do get a peripheral smear ,vitamin b12 levels and platelet indices done . It will give a broad picture into diagnosis. Any further queries ,will be happy to help .
