Low platelet count 1.24cu/mm

I have 1.24cu/mm platelet less then 1.50 but total platelet count is 1.51cu/mm. I have read  rashes on my palm. Plese tell how i increase platelet by which medication

Eat papaya and kiwi,. Platelet will increase. Rashes and low platelet can be due to viral haemorrhaging fever like dengue
