I'm having low platelates count in my 3rd trimester and it's decreasing every week right now it's 78k and. Before pregnancy it was 136k

Little thrombocytopenia is observed during 3 rd trimester of pregnancy called gestation thrombocytopenia. It  has physiological causes. 78k is lower than normal Hope you have talked with ur gynaecologist There are certain hosptital based infusion available if the doctor feel it's risky at any stage.

regular check up of platelets counts as advice by gynaecologists.
