Internal os is closed. Cervical length is 37mm. Mean PI of maternal uterine arteries is 1.43(34 centile). There is no free fluid in pelvis. She wants to terminate her pregnancy because of her mental state and its also legal in India. Is Caesarean only option left for her or other safe methods are also available. Please suggest her mental health is not good which is also not good for her baby.
