I have been having scanty periods since 2 years. I was having normal period flow before for 3 days. but now only 1st day is normal and 2nd and 3rd day are very light/negligible

If you feel that the flow in your periods has reduced as compared to previous then get yourself investigated as it could be because of infection , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cyst , medications , tuberculosis
