I'm 28 weeks pregnant with lowlying placenta 5 CM away from os nd having placenta around baby neck. Is there any problem what precautions should I take.

5cm away from os is by definition not low lying .so please monitor it in next ultrasound.you just have to avoid constipation or cough or sexual intercourse to prevent bleeding
