In my anomaly scan at 20 weeks it is showing low lying placenta 2.5 cm away from OS. Can I travel in 23 weeks by train ? Is it safe is there any precautions need to taken for that. Plz suggest me

It is safe but take full advise from gynaecologist what tablet you should and what precautions you should follow .In travel donot lift any weight and laxative must use for free motion.
