Hi iam having low lying placenta at 14 weeks ..what are the precautions to be taken for making my placenta move up..i went to dctr as i felt like vaginal pressure ...i have attached the scan report for the same.please gve me suggestions

Yes need to take precaution. Hb % to be maintained  12 an above. Restrict travel. No coitus.
