I m 10 week 1 day pregnent today my report show low lying posterior placenta with lower pole covering internal os and short cervix too...what does it means and should i worried and what precaution should i take.... I already had 2 misscarage due to incompotent cervix at past.... Plzzz help

It's to early to comment on placenta and cervical incompetence.. Plz have regular follow up.. n regular follow up with ultrasound. It shows placental migration... For detail information consult with me online..
