Low liquor, two  loops around fetal neck

I am in mid of 9th month of pregnancy. I underwent coloured Doppler ultrasound. It showed low liquor AFI - 5 cm And two loose loops of cord around the fetal neck. Is it cause of concern? Kindly suggest
