Low libido

A lady at premenopausal age having very low libido. Gynaecologist prescribed 'Tadalafill' and a lube but it doesn't work, as it has ( tadalafill) many side effects. So she stopped taking after 4 days. She has all normal parameters in gynaecological tests. Kindly guide.
