Hello Dr., I am 35 YO female. I did lipid profile during a routine checkup I found out my HDL is too low. Around 20. Could you suggest what should I do I am attaching the image of the report

You should exercise regularly. At least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of gym. You should exercise at least 5 to 6 days a week to improve your HDL levels.
