Low immunity not speaking freely
My 3.5 yrs son is very frequently catching cough and cold recently he has started schooling also. Because of the cough and colds he has lost some weight.kindly suggest ways to improves his immunity. I am also bothered because he is not speaking freely at this age. He speaks few words and has started learning new words also but he does not make sentences. Is this normal for his age? Please suggest.
You need to consult child development specialist or child psychologist. There is definitely delay in language.
Proper assessment is needed in all sphere s of development. Like gross motor, fine motor, social and language.

babies usually catch infection Frequently in play school but do not lose weight.
Please check weight and keep record of weight. If loosing weight , surely ... Than need to investigate.
