Having low heart rate especially before sleeping. While trying to sleep waking up feeling like heart is stopping kind of feeling. And my heart rate goes to 45 while trying to sleep. And during day time while sedentary that while resting and awake it goes till 57 sometimes. Is it normal Doctor ? Done ECG , echo and holter

Kindly do not worry as the lowest heart rate on Holter is 55 which is acceptable.
