Low grade intermittent fever

I was diagnosed with typhoid 2 months ago. I took antibiotics and was also admitted to hospital. But my fever is between 99 to 99.5 and at night it is gone. Stool test also showed pinworms.. CBC shows eosinophils 10.I am having severe headache, stomach ache and body pain. Please guide

Have you taken medicines for deworming. Also avoid outside food, keep a temperature chart, drink adequate liquids. Consult in person if not better.
