Having low grade fever at evening every day Unusual heartbeats with breathing shortness Heaviness in chest,sometimes feeling unconsciousness CBCc rEport is normal no malaria no denguE no tyPhoid evrYthing is ok. Normal routine except mentioned above symptoms
