Sir, I am 20 yrs old boy.My body is very lethargic, I have no facial hair, no body hair, I have gynecomastia.I have small penis and testis, feminine face, dry hands, oily face, tingling sensation during ur.I had consulted a doctor last month.He checked my hormone profile and said everything is normal.Even testosterone is normal 442 ng/dl.why?
